Rules-Based Medicine (www.rbmmaps.com) (RBM) is an Austin, Texas based privately-owned company that is committed to providing quality products and services for the life sciences industry. RBM is a biomarker testing laboratory delivering reproducible, quantitative, multiplexed immunoassay data. Our testing panels, called Multi-Analyte Profiles (MAPs), measure from several to hundreds of proteins in a small sample in multiple species and sample types. MAPs provide robust biomarker patterns for drug development, diagnostic, consumer product, and environmental applications.
RBM is looking for a self-motivated individual to fill a Product Manager position. We are seeking a multi-talented person with an educational background and/or experience in product management for a life sciences product. Experience in the life sciences is required. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.

Major responsibilities include the direction and execution of the companies' plan for production, packaging, marketing, sales, and support of a specific life sciences/clinical product. Other duties include:

 Management of an external marketing group.
 Prepare collaterals, advertisement and other marketing pieces in support of sales.
 Work closely with our international sales team.
 Work with senior management to keep the plan focused and on schedule.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biology or a related science. Strong communication skills, organization skills, and database skills are preferred. Some limited travel will be required.
