Responsibilities:

Commercial or residential real estate finance professionals to be responsible for soliciting and solidifying new relationships with investors, developers and financial intermediaries (accountants, financial planers or attorneys), for the purpose of mortgage originations.

You will call on potential clients to verify information, introduce our company and its products, build or extend our relationship and solicit leads on commercial mortgage opportunities.



Requirements:

* 2 years of commercial mortgage origination experience.
* Strong knowledge of commercial and residential property types.
* Strong analytical skills, with an ability to comprehend detailed financial information.
* Candidate must have strong negotiating and closing skills, exceptional time and priority management skills, and a team player mentality are crucial.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel.


Compensation:

(Base salary of $25-35K + Profit Sharing (Total comp $55-$110K) (Base salary will not begin until $3MM in loans are closed. Profit sharing/ commission will begin immediately)
