Property Management company seeks a person to do handyman type work for several of our Condominium Buildings. This will be a full time steady job that offers something different every day. You will be the eyes and ears for the property manager reporting to him what issues may arise. We ask that you are a disciplined self starter who can spot a problem and fix it without being told to do so. This means that you must have an eye for detail and some mechanical knowledge. This includes a basic knowledge of: woodworking, doors, locks, electrical, plumbing, steam boiler heating, painting etc. You must have your own tools, transportation and cell phone and be a great communicator. You will meet with outside vendors onsite and sometimes meet with residents at the direction of the property manager.

We have a cleaning company who cleans the common areas, but you may be asked to do basic cleaning of certain areas that aren’t covered with our service. Basic mopping, sweeping, lifting, landscaping repair will be required.

You will be working for a small company who develops great relationships with their employees and demands the utmost responsibility from everybody. We manage several buildings with people who trust us to provide top notch service for their building. Your role will be integral in meeting this need. You must be trustworthy, respectful, clean, and responsible, and dependable.
