Project Overview: Our client, an industrial manufacturer, is in the middle of comprehensive Oracle ERP implementation (Financials, HR, SCM, etc.). They are over budget and behind schedule, and showing lower than expected benefits. They are interested to conduct an independent assessment of the current implementation status and develop a plan for "getting back on track" going forward.
Skills/Capabilities Requirements: We are looking for a strong consultant with very deep background/experience with Oracle ERP implementation (as comprehensive functional coverage as possible). The consultant must have very strong credibility/experience conducting assessments/evaluating ERP implementations. Exceptional communications skills across the organization from C-level to implementation project team to ERP end users. Must be very structured, and able to work independently in a complex environment.
Project Start Date & Duration: December 1 (also possible that this will get pushed to Jan 1 start).
Compensation: Competitive daily rate plus expenses.
