Human Resources and Recruiting Internship at an Online Advertising Network

Position Responsibilities:

As the Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of aspects within the department:

(1) Internal Human Resources
* Arranging new-hire orientations
* Enrolling new hires in benefits
* Helping to manage 401k rollover requests
* Helping to organize company lunches and events
* Coordinating and keeping track of employee files and critical
* Ensuring HR Compliance

(2) Recruiting
* Locating contact information for potential candidates
* Posting job descriptions
* Setting up interviews, coordinating with hiring manager
* Helping to maintain the calendar for the Human Resources Manager

Qualifications
*Currently a college undergrad student
*Very outspoken, energetic, and enthusiastic
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Ability to manage and correspond with top professionals in the advertising business
*Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and superior attention to detail

At the completion of the internship, Undertone provides a stipend based on the number of hours committed. We will also reimburse the cost of transportation on a monthly basis. Those looking for personal growth opportunities as well as those looking for school credit will be considered.
