Capital IQ, a division of Standard & Poor and a subsidiary of McGraw-Hill, is currently searching for a Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit candidates across all Capital IQ disciplines
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
* Manage the Campus Recruiting Process
* Manage On-Campus Recruitment Events
* Manage the interview process:
o Conduct first round interviews On-Campus
o Schedule 2nd Round Interviews for Candidates
o Print resumes and folders as needed
* Track candidates through various spreadsheets
* Keep track of marketing and recruitment supplies and order as necessary
Qualifications:
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Highly efficient in MS Office (all disciplines)
* High energy, outgoing individual with an eye for detail, who takes initiative, follows through and communicates results
* Ability to consistently contribute in a high-paced environment
* Eagerness to learn about the product and to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to travel 35-40% of the time
* BA/BS Required
