Atomoo: Inside Sales Associate
Job Description
Provide internal support for sales team. The candidate will be an integral part of the sales team, working with senior team members to help create sales orders and follow up materials. Additional duties will include some lead generation, assistance in lead qualification and general support for team members who are on the road. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will gain invaluable sales and marketing experience in a fast-paced, dynamic company. Position is part time, but can evolve into a full-time position for the right candidate who can prove indispensible to the team.
Duties
* Assist Senior Sales team members by generating price quotations, sales orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
* Retrieve customer information, the status of purchase orders, and to make changes on customer purchase orders.
* Handles the needs of sales representatives and customers for collateral, marketing materials etc.
* Follow up with Purchasing and Technical Implementation teams to ensure smooth transfer of new orders.

Skills
* B.S. preferred
* Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment with calm and focus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable with Windows, Word and email (preferably Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software programs.
* Enthusiasm!

Compensation: $12/hour to start.
