Chicago company seeking a full time sales person for a Manufactured Home Community in the Midwest. Applicants must possess a minimum of 5+ years in the real estate industry (manufactured housing a plus), proven sales track record, excellent customer service, computer skills and working knowledge of federal, state and local laws pertaining to fair housing.

Salary: Based on experience
Report to: President
Financing: Company has its’ own in-house finance company for ease of your sales transaction.
Duties:
New & Used Home Sales, Leases, Conversions & Renewals
Purchasing - Manage & maintain available home inventory with Property Manager.
Pricing - Manage & develop quotations to customers.
Marketing - Find & evaluate new customers.
Sales Reporting- Reporting on actual volumes & revenue vs. budget.

Organized, detailed, energetic, clean appearance & great customer service skills.
