Job Description TrialGraphix/Kroll Ontrack is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Manager who has long-term aspirations for an outside sales position. The primary role of the Associate Account Manager is to assist the Account Management team in implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities The Associate Account Manager provides sales support by researching case leads through periodicals and the Internet. This position is based in Chicago, but will support the Minneapolis, Boston and Charlotte markets. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of marketing collateral inventory as well as prospecting and targeting new and existing clients. A successful candidate will enjoy a traditional inside sales position where the main objective is to generate revenue over the phone. Must be persistent and dedicated, as our client base consists of trial attorneys and litigation support professionals. The Associate Account Manager will also monitor and update the client contact database and collaborate in the creation of local and national marketing strategies. This is an office-based position.
Qualifications Four-year college degree required. Superior communication, organization, and follow-through skills essential; must be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous cold-calling or telemarketing experience (preferably to CEOs, VPs and other high-level executives) is preferred.
