We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative/Personal Assistant to help with the business.
Administrative Duties to include: Filing, faxing, phone calls, and general errands etc.
Bookkeeping Duties to include: Working with Excel, Word, Quickbooks.
15+ Hours and Schedule flexible and room to grow into full-time. (Normal hours between 8-5pm M-F)
Applicant MUST have own car (with proof of insurnace) to travel to client locations (San Francisco & Pacifica & Peninsula), Applicant should have excellent skills with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Quickbooks. Bookkeeping background/skills needed. Attention to detail important and able to follow directions, able to work with minimal instruction & be results driven. Must be able to multi-task and have a "whatever it takes" attitude.
