* Makes outbound telephone calls to existing customers and enters data into the computer. Schedules appointments.
* Makes recommendations for service as appropriate.
* Initiates orders and communicates customer needs to departmental personnel.
* Telemarketing and Inside Sales



Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
* Prior experience in Telesales making out-bound calls is preferred.
* Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
* Must enjoy being on the telephone for the majority of a shift
