Gourmet food manufacturer is looking for an experienced quality manager to be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of food process quality systems. You will be responsible for data collection, process measurements, process analysis, and reporting. Manager tracks key measures, performs audits and analyzes customer complaints to make recommendations for improvements. Manager develops, implements, and tracks the quality training for new and senior employees.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance to internal SOP's as well as external audit expectations and guidelines including USDA, organic, and other 3rd party auditing agencies. You must be a self starter and passionate about quality. We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic team player with strong communication skills.
