Leading manufacturer of dental products is seeking a Cleanroom Technician for their Elgin facility. This person will report to the Production Manager, and the position is Entry Level. Some technical experience preferred such as laboratory, PLC, Microscope, Micrometers, and cleanroom experience is preferred. Must speak and read English. Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom behavior preferred. Basic computer skills are required, Microsoft Word and Excel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- INTERACT WITH QA/QC PERSONNEL FOR RAW MATERIAL ISSUANCE;
- PERFORM MEASURING, BLENDING, MOLDING, LASER, WELDING, CUTTING, and
PACKAGING OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES FOR PRODUCTION NEEDS INSIDE THE CLEANROOM;
- CREATE/MAINTAIN BATCH RECORDS ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE SOP'S;
- CLEAN/MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT BY FOLLOWING ESTABLISHED PRACTICES;
- MAINTAINING/STOCKING CLEANROOM ENVIRONMENT BY FOLLOWING
ESTABLISHED PRACTICES.
- MONITORING TEMPERATURES AND EXPIRATION OF MATERIALS & CALIBRATE EQUIPMENT.

Duties include operating cleanroom equipment, scales, blender, molding, laser, vacuum cabinets, and packaging. Inventory control raw materials and consumables. Temperature monitoring of critical equipment and supplies. Track/monitor calibration status of critical equipment. Monitor expiration of critical raw materials. Cleaning/maintenance of cleanroom as required.
