Boulder music software developer is looking for exceptional Tech Support/ Customer Service Rep. We are playing in the billion dollar video game market, and are expanding our team - now is the right time to join us! Your duties will include answering incoming tech support calls, logging and responding to support tickets, customer service, customer training, occasional order entry and shipping duties as time allows.
The ideal candidate is computer savvy, great at customer service, technically inclined, can easily communicate with non-technical people, thrives on challenge and change, is an undaunted and creative problem-solver, can trouble shoot both Mac and PC-related issues, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is looking to be an integral part of a great team.
