Building effective business relationships with clients and brokers/consultants. • Conserving existing business by ensuring all the client and broker/consultant needs are met satisfactorily and meeting or exceeding expectations identified • Providing effective administrative and client service support to the Group Sales Team, including account executives, group clients, brokers and consultants • Reviewing or co-ordinating the review of new business materials • Conducting employee meetings, broker/consultant service meetings • Providing onsite service visits and telephone contacts to approximately 100 in force clients • Providing training, and education to clients and brokers with respect to company systems, products, benefits, processes and procedures • Representing the company in a courteous and professional manner • Other duties as assigned
