OVERVIEW

An integrated developer/builder is immediately seeking a dynamic, experienced and bilingual sales associate/administrator for a new multi-family residential affordable housing project located in south Broward.

Candidates must be experienced in new home sales, mortgages, financing and the like.

JOB DESCRITION SUMMARY

The Candidate hired for this position will be required to perform many functions, including but not limited to:

- educate and walk potential clients through the sales and financing process.
- assist in generating additional leads, contacting and following up with leads and clients.
- perform administrative duties such as answering sales phone line, preparing reports, generating documents, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral and activities
- Prepare action plans and schedules
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Prepare presentations, sales documents, financing documents, etc.
- Obtain from clients all necessary documentation to meet all underwriting/closing guidelines.
- Process and submit packages to lenders
- Prepare and maintain a variety of status reports
- Participate in marketing events
- Assist in the closing process
- Adhere to goals

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate we are seeking for must:

- Be motivated by opportunity
- Have an outstanding work ethic
- Have great communication skills (both written and oral)
- Be bilingual (English/Spanish both written and oral)
- Have a positive attitude, a strong desire for success and a professional image.
- Be able to bring contacts into our field of business by harvesting past and present relationships.
- Be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Web.
- Have experience in new home sales and financing (experience in affordable housing is a plus)
- Ability to present and sell properties to current and potential clients
- Be available some evenings and on weekends

COMPENSATION

Candidate will be compensated based on experience and ability.

CONTRACT LENGTH

The initial contract will be for 6 months with an option to extend over 1 year.
