Assistant Operations Manager - F/T - Perm - Career Opp. with unlimited growth potential

Job Description: Partially responsible for daily operations of a commercial supply distributorship, including being a point of contact for customers for issues relating to sales & service operations. Works with the following on various aspects of company operations: President, General Manager/Vice President, Service Manager.

Duties to include;
Showroom maintenance, incl. stocking shelves, merchandising, cleaning.
Warehouse, incl. shipping/receiving, organization, process orders, pack & ship, etc.
Service Dept., assist service manager with repairing small equip, shop organization, etc.
Customer Service, will interact with customers on many level’s.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be assertive, enthusiastic & punctual
- Strong communication skills are required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self motivated and desire to excel
- Ambition, initiative & reliability
- Drivers license & ability to pass a background check a requirement.
- Computer skills not required but can be very helpful.
- Strong commitment to succeed in a career a must.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- English required, Spanish is a big plus.
- Starting Salary Over $10.00 per Hr. Depending on applicant qualifications. Salary Cap
determined by job performance, (You will determine how far you go with our co.)
- Experience, Some work experience is preferred, but no specific experience is required. We are looking for a person to train for a career, not an experience base. Common sense very helpful.
